2012 Wheelchairs for Kids Charity Day

The Wheelchairs for Kids Charity Golf Day is booked again and will be held on Monday 14th May 2012 at Southern Golf Club, Keysborough Victoria.

There are two components of the days schedule that are equally as important as each other. They are as per usual Registration to play and Sponsorship of the event. This is always a great day to catch up with industry peers and colleauges and of course to raise funds for wheelchairs for kids.

In 2011 over $22,000 was raised that has assisted the mobility and lifestyle of many Australian children. One such beneficiary was a young boy named Joel who suffers from Spastic Dystonic Quadraplegic Cerebal Palsy. The moneys raised from the golf day have enabled Joel to go to school, meet medical appointments and engage in social activities due to much needed modifications made to the family car.

Thank-you to all those who supported the 2011 Charity Golf Day as it is you who made this possible.

The 2012 Golf day will consist of a full round of golf followed by an awards ceremony combined with refreshments and a light lunch.
