Q1: We are importing toys that adhere to the EU Safety Standards (or US Standards), will I still have to have the toy tested to the Australian Standards?

A1: Yes.

Q2: Where can I buy the Australian Standards?

Q3: I am a toy manufacturer/importer/distributor (retailer). How can I get information about exhibiting (attending) at the Toy Fair at the Australian Toy Hobby & Nursery Fair in Melbourne?

A4: The ATA is a trade association and does not manufacture any products. See the ATA Member Directory to contact toy manufacturers, etc.

Q7: Can I link my website to the ATA website?

A7: The ATA will not accept links with commercial websites.

Q8: I need to have my product tested to the Australian Standards.
