Due to the volume of email we receive, we cannot reply to all questions that appear here.
Q1: Where can I contact (name of toy company)?
A1: Please search the ATA Member Directory by name.
Q2: Where can I find a list of companies who make (dolls, board games, water toys, etc.)?
A2: Please search the ATA Member Directory by product category.
Q3: How do I find a toy that is no longer on the market?
A3: ATA does not retain information on products that are no longer manufactured. Try antique or toy collecting magazines, stores or Web sites, toy swap meets, flea markets, etc!
Q4: Where can I purchase (name of toy)?
A4: Contact the manufacturer of that item for a list of retailers in your area that carry the product.
Q5: Where can I find more info on the Value of Play?
A5: Click on The Value of Play link in the top navigation bar.
Q6: I am interested in toy industry safety standards.
Q7: I am interested in the toy industry codes of conduct.
Q8: I have recently bought a toy and have concerns that it may be unsafe.
A8: If you have concerns about the product’s safety you should take it back to the retailer from which you purchased the product and advise of your concerns. If you do not believe you have had your complaint dealt with satisfactorily then you should log into the product safety pages of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) website.
Q9: Where can I find information regarding the current Top Selling Toys?
